This Client, a leading firm with offices throughout the UK and Europe is looking to bolster their commercial offering with the appointment of an associate solicitor for their central London Team.

The Commercial IP/IT Group is highly regarded, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, assisting a range of organisations including manufacturers, retailers, service businesses and public-sector institutions. They help to ensure compliance with data protection, e-commerce, consumer protection, advertising and competition laws and recommended by The Legal 500 and Chambers UK for their outstanding work.

You will have at least one year’s post-qualification experience in a recognised IP/IT commercial team or in-house department; an in-depth knowledge of IP law, preferably to include patents; excellent drafting skills, a pragmatic and commercial approach; and some business development experience. You must also be able to demonstrate good communication, client care and organisational skills and be an excellent team player.
