We are working with a highly regarded US firm to expand its top-rated Private Equity team in London.
 

You will be working on high-value, complex transactions that span across the US, Europe and Asia. You will be working in a team positioned at the top of the market, with matters coming from longstanding clients and mandates from new clientele, including Bain Capital and General Atlantic.
 
This firm is looking for a mid-level hire (3-6 PQE) coming from a leading law firm, with strong academics and experience advising on high-value transactions. Ideally, you will be coming from a US or MC firm, but this is not a necessity for the role as the firm is open to Top 20 UK firms.
