This international law firm seeks a mid-level banking associate to join their ever-expanding team. You will be joining a cohesive, high performing team, who are recognised for delivering outstanding services to clients in the financial sector.

This team are recognised by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for the advice they give to some of the world’s largest clearing banks and to many corporate clients on their financing requirements. They add extra value in the mid-market space, not only conventional debt products but also on more niche areas including as asset-based lending techniques.

You should ideally have at least three years’ experience advising on a broad range of corporate banking matters, leveraged finance and private equity backed transactions. If you can negotiate and document on corporate debt facilities on both the lender and borrower sides on syndicated, bilateral, unitranche and other funding structures then we are especially keen to hear from you, but experience in all areas is not essential to the role as you will have the opportunity to develop wider skills over time.
