The small size of this team means you will have exposure to the full breadth of labour and employment law in Belgium from handling individual employment litigation and providing advice on routine employment law issues (employment related) agreements, termination, company policies, bonus plans, work time regulations, harassment, discrimination, workplace privacy, social security aspects, etc.) to complicated collective labor, social security and privacy problems, including the implementation of global HR data protection and privacy compliance projects in the EU and the U.S.
I am looking for cohesive and ambitious lawyer with a least one years’ experience in Brussels. This is a great firm that offers young lawyers the perfect platform to enhance their skills, and for the more experienced lawyers the chance to push their career to the next level.
