The Team:


This tight knit team consists of three partners, four other junior associates a trainee and two consultants.



The Work:


They advise on both contentious and non contentious employment matters advising mostly there corporate clients on the employer side, senior executives and employee benefits. It’s critical to the role you have strong experience in providing support on complex corporate transactions although the role will encompass the full breadth of employment law matters. 



The candidate:


You should have no less than six years experience in employment law and have a demonstrable track record in advising start-ups, senior managers, established business, public bodies and charities. A following isn’t essential however you must be able to demonstrate your ability to be front of house where clients are concerned and be willing to supervise more junior members of the team, being the pivot between the partners and junior team members.
